We may look different, but our fight to end the drug war has not changed.
Over the last twenty years, DPA has been the leading organization in the U.S. working to end the drug war, repair its harms, and build a non-punitive, equitable, and regulated drug market. With the release of our new strategic plan in 2022, DPA realigned the issues we would focus on. We are clearer than ever that ending the drug war and building a better future requires an unapologetic, bold vision that centers people’s health and wellbeing.
Our work has evolved. And we needed an identity to match. Our rebrand accomplishes all that and more by placing humanity at the heart and soul of our organization: [link removed]
Our new logo is a bold yet approachable declaration of who we are. Our new colors symbolize growth, optimism, and the more peaceful world we envision. Our new website clearly aligns with our ambitious agenda in accessible language along with beautiful photography featuring colleagues and allies. It also has a wide variety of revamped resources, informative videos, calls to action, and other user-friendly ways to find information and connect with us.
DPA envisions a world that embraces the full humanity of people, regardless of their relationship to drugs. After years in the making, it’s powerful to now see that mirrored in our visual identity and website.
We are so grateful to supporters like you for making all this possible. Together, we are the Drug Policy Alliance. And we will end the drug war and build a better future shaped by love, not war.
With hope,
Kassandra Frederique
Executive Director
Drug Policy Alliance
