He excels in casting vision, telling stories and developing lasting relationships that produce next-level results.
Scotty has coached people to reach their dream weight, assisted struggling marriages, coached individuals in their leadership and personal development and helped struggling businesses steady the ship and set a course for the future.
He has traveled extensively and lived in Brazil for 6 years where he married his wife and learned to speak Portuguese on the streets of Brazil.

Scotty holds a B.A. in Communication and has been married to Ester for 20 years. They have two daughters.
