Last week I called upon our supporters from across the country to help raise $12,000 so I could send out one final mailer before election day.
As usual, our amazing team of patriots delivered and then some!
We raised more than $40,000 last week!
In the month since I announced my intentions to become the next MP for Portage-Lisgar, the support from across the country has been incredible.
All of this is going directly into the campaign. Every dollar you donate is a dollar spent on getting me back into the House of Commons.
There is one week left in the by-election. Just 7 days.
But this is the most important week.
The first few weeks of the campaign were a challenge. Many local voters weren’t aware that a by-election had even been called.
But now momentum is growing.
The increased support and awareness is obvious everywhere I go.
Requests for lawn signs have skyrocketed.
More and more local residents stop at our campaign office to volunteer their time every day.
Our local BBQs have been growing in size.
Over the weekend we hosted our biggest event of the campaign!
At Freedom Fest in Winkler I was joined by roughly 500 supporters for an evening of family fun!
Now we just have to get this over the line and elect our first Member of Parliament.
This will be an important week. We will be doing a final push of door-to-door canvassing, social media ads, and robocalls to convert voters and get out the vote.
But all this costs money!
