Former Manhattan prosecutor Mark Pomerantz thinks he is ABOVE THE LAW. 

You see, Mr. Pomerantz was a key figure in the political hit job against President Trump by the Soros-funded Alvin Bragg and the Manhattan District Attorney's office.

Mr. Pomerantz not only volunteered to take part in the investigation against President Trump that was already underway, but he then left the Manhattan DA’s office so he could write a book about the entire witch-hunt he was a part of.

But what did Mr. Pomerantz do when he came to Congress to answer questions about this politicized assault on President Trump? He falsely asserted his Fifth Amendment right well over 100 TIMES!

My friend, Mr. Pomerantz, is dangerous and a legal intermeddler.

He is a prime example of what’s wrong with this entire political theater that we are seeing to bring down President Trump, and it’s time to hold him accountable for his actions.

That’s why I introduced a resolution to hold Mr. Pomerantz in contempt of Congress due to his frivolous behavior. No one is above the law.

I urgently need the support of MAGA Americans like you who care about exposing the truth about the weaponization of our justice system to bring down President Trump.

John, I believe Mr. Pomerantz engaged in misconduct in his targeting of President Trump, and his refusal to answer simple questions should not go unpunished. 

He should be held in contempt of Congress and be compelled to answer the questions regarding the weaponization of the Manhattan DA’s office. 

But if he fails to comply with the congressional subpoena, then the Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives must summon him by force.
