Next June, I will be taking a group to explore the biblical roots of self-governance in Israel. I hope you will consider being on that trip!
The centuries of history contained in Israel are central to our faith, and the concept of self-governance – the overarching governing philosophy of our Republic – first found expression there some 3,500 years ago. The very ideas we hold dear were first spoken by Go to real people in real places.

On this trip, we will explore where and how the notion of individual liberty blossomed and how it was lost.
You’ll gain a better understanding of why the Lord calls us to liberty. You'll learn about the ancient zealots – the bad and the good – and how their actions offer patterns for our own lives. And you’ll forge relationships with other patriots who care as deeply about their faith and freedom as you.
As we look at what's happening in government and culture, it’s clear the time has come for us to go back to our roots.
