Schweikert’s hate has no place in Arizona.

Hi friends,

Pride began as a riot in the early hours of June 28, 1969, when brave individuals at the Stonewall Inn in New York City stood up against oppression, igniting the spark of the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement. We should celebrate the progress we’ve made. But 54 years later, there is still more work to do.

I hope you’ll let me explain why beating David Schweikert is essential in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights, but if you’re already with me, please chip in $33, $330, or more right now →

Whether it was “gays in the military” thirty years ago, fighting against gay marriage twenty years ago, or using transphobia as a campaign wedge issue today, too many Republican Party politicians have run campaigns for too long based on stoking fear and hatred.

My opponent, Congressman David Schweikert, is one of the worst such politicians in all of America. He has sponsored an amendment to the Constitution to make same-sex marriage illegal. Just days after the Pulse Nightclub shooting, he posted a photo mocking transgender people. And he has repeatedly used homophobic campaign tactics to scare voters and scar our community. We cannot allow a man who promotes hatred and division in order to hold on to power to continue to represent us in Congress.

HEADLINE: David Schweikert sued over 'homophobic' campaign ads

I need your help to beat him. This month we’re counting down to the all-important June 30 FEC reporting deadline. We have 18 days to go. The amount of financial support we can show by then will shape the rest of our campaign.

That’s why I’m asking: Will you chip in $33, $330, or more to my campaign today? We’re less than 3 weeks away from that first FEC deadline, and we must post strong results on our first report to show we have what it takes to win.

I believe that Love is Love. But I also believe that Hate is Hate. We cannot ignore it. We need to speak out, stand up, take it on – and never back down. America is great because, in the face of adversity, we have risen together, united by our shared values of fairness, justice, and equal rights.

Your contribution, no matter the size, will help me take that fight to Congress. Even as we celebrate the progress we have made toward equality, we must also confront the harsh reality that LGBTQ+ Americans continue to face discrimination and attacks on their fundamental rights. This is simply unacceptable, and I’ll be steadfast in my commitment to eradicating these injustices.

Please, chip in $33, $330, or whatever you can afford to my campaign today. Together, we’ll fight for what’s right.

Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to equality.
