John,

Welcome to this issue of Faith Meets Justice! Before we jump into this month's dynamic content, we want to remind you that all are welcome at the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice, the country's largest Catholic social justice gathering, held in Washington, D.C. from October 28-30. Don't miss your chance to lock in early bird rates by registering and submitting payment by this Monday, June 12.

Nearly halfway through the year, we are grateful for the progress the Ignatian family is making towards a more just world. In this issue of Faith Meets Justice, watch the remarks from our recent Ignite awards, read about the Jesuit Migration Network meeting and new initiatives at Loyola Marymount University and Xavier University, and reflect on considerations for immersion learning and happiness and The Little Mermaid.

Thank you for being a part of our network striving towards "a faith that does justice!"

Peace,

Christopher G. Kerr
Executive Director

P.S. Keep an eye out for ISN's social media channels each Thursday! We will be livestreaming highlights from past Teach-In keynotes!

Now Discern This: Little Mermaid, Big Problems
