It’s a little past 30 minutes, I took an ice cream break ������

Thank you for your participation and please find the abbreviated minutes
from tonight’s meeting.

1. Rather than starting a new document, I added a tab “Places of
Worship” to the Google doc circulated previously titled “Democratic Clubs
in NJ 02.” Tim will attempt to visit as many as he can in the next 17
months!

2. Calendar – A link will be forwarded to all for “View” access only.
If you want something added, please send your request to [email protected].
Thank you for submitting your events. If you plan on attending events and
would like to set up a table, please let me know I will try to support with
information. If you suggest a voter registration table I have the
materials needed and I am willing to share.

3. Van access for CD2 is underway. I will discuss with Tim about
specific county access.

4. Please seek out and identify establishment for the “Listening
Series (do we need to rename this).” No cost to campaign would be best,
however, if there is a cost, please let us know so we can budget. The goal
is to have them scheduled for September – December. I would like to have
the flyer in circulation on July 15. It was recommended we send out
invitations for the event, Contact Seniors centers, Nursing homes, and 55
and older communities. I was also recommended to use the clubs to help
circulate information and gather data. The goal is to engage a broader
audience of people who are not usually engaged.

5. Anna will ask the Tech guy about moving the “Store” button to a
more prominent place on the website.

6. Regarding the “Save the Shore signs.” Please check with your
town’s ordinance regarding the rules.
