Donald Trump was in New Hampshire last night and threw his support behind his former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski — all as part of an effort to defeat my good friend and colleague, Senator Jeanne Shaheen.

If Trump and Republicans are successful in turning New Hampshire red, our path to take back the Senate and end Mitch McConnell’s stranglehold on power will close — which means we need to act now.

Lewandowski would “have at his disposal virtually unlimited funds” to buy this Senate seat if he were to run. That’s on top of the hundreds of thousands GOP groups have already poured in to defeat Jeanne.
