Elise released the following statement regarding the wrongful and sham indictment of President Trump by Biden’s corrupt DOJ:

“The exact same day that the FBI is forced to turn over to Congress absolutely damning and credible allegations regarding Joe Biden’s illegal, egregious, and treasonous corruption, Joe Biden weaponizes his Department of Justice to indict Donald Trump. The American people are smart and understand this is the epitome of the illegal and unprecedented weaponization of the federal government against Joe Biden’s leading opponent, President Donald J. Trump. The radical Far Left will stop at nothing to interfere with the 2024 election in order to prop up the catastrophic presidency and desperate campaign of Joe Biden.

I am committed to ending the corrupt political weaponization of our federal government, cutting out the rot in these agencies, and holding government officials accountable for their endless illegal witch hunt against President Trump. In 2024, we will vote like this country has never seen before and we will elect President Trump back to the White House to save America.”

Our Upstate New York and North Country Dairy Farmers are the backbone of our community. For years, Elise has fought to keep flavored and unflavored milk in our school cafeterias - this week, she got one step closer to ensuring milk will always be available in our schools. Elise released the following statement:

“Our dairy farmers in Upstate New York and the North Country work tirelessly every day to produce nutritious milk for our families and communities, and I am proud to be an original cosponsor of legislation to ensure a variety of milk choices for our school children. I will always lead the fight and work to increase milk access for our kids. Removing whole and flavored milk from schools has demonstrated lower milk consumption, with studies showing average daily participation falling when flavored and whole milk are removed. This is unacceptable. The Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act would allow schools to serve flavored and unflavored whole, reduced-fat, low-fat, and fat-free milk in cafeterias.”

Elise joined WGY Mornings with Doug to discuss the debt ceiling, the Biden Crime Family informant file, New York’s illegal immigration crisis, and more. She said in part:

“And what's interesting is the media coverage of this whistleblower. I remember not that long ago… When there was a whistleblower against Trump, it was all the media could talk about. Even this week, when I hosted the Republican members press conference, the media wanted to downplay this whistleblower. Whistleblower claims have to be taken seriously by law, and the mainstream media is doing everything they can to crush this. But the reality is [in] our oversight work, we have found that there are multiple Biden's family members, not just Hunter Biden, who have profited illegally off of money laundering from foreign adversaries, including Communist China while he was vice president, that's serious stuff. That is criminal. So we need to get to the bottom of it. And the fact that the FBI is refusing to turn over documents to the Congress, where we have the oversight role, it's a macro issue as you know, at the very national level.”

Elise understands that childcare is less accessible to our heroes that work in law enforcement, night shift nurses, and folks that do not work normal 9-5 hours. This week, Elise cosponsored a bill that would extend federally-funded daycare to include evening care.

Elise joined Sean Hannity’s radio show to discuss the illegal weaponization of the FBI by bureaucrats.

On Thursday, Elise met with Allan Robinson who was chosen as the Green & Gold Congressional Aide to serve on her District Team. Allan is a former Army Infantryman and was stationed in South Korea. Allan is a resident of Ogdensburg in NY-21’s “the Big County” St. Lawrence County.

Elise has continuously sounded the alarm on Communist China. This week, we learned that Cuba has worked out a deal with Communist China to collect data from the United States - less than 100 miles away from our backyard. Elise shared the statement below:

“Today’s open source reporting on the establishment of a Communist Chinese advanced intelligence collection facility less than 100 miles from our backyard to spy on the United States is deeply concerning. This is the latest development in a trend of aggressive Communist Chinese activities that the Biden Administration has failed to deter or counter. From the Chinese spy balloon looming over the United States, to the CCP buying up United States agricultural land, to recent aggressive Chinese maneuvers toward United States warships in international waters, it is clear that Biden’s weak leadership on the world stage has permitted Communist China to continue to threaten our sovereignty.
  
Joe Biden must act to stop Beijing, Havana, and other adversaries from deepening their cooperation in the Western Hemisphere. President Biden must also immediately cancel Secretary Blinken’s planned upcoming trip to Beijing. Secretary Blinken should not reward Beijing’s recent actions with a diplomatic visit to engage with his communist counterparts while the CCP blatantly attempts to collect intelligence against the United States. 
 
As the Biden Administration continually fails on the world stage, House Republicans will advance a defense authorization bill that will strengthen interior lines throughout the Indo-Pacific, secure critical defense supply chains, and deepen our security partnerships throughout the world. We will enhance and modernize the United States military to deter Communist China from further aggression and protect the United States. 
 
The American people deserve stronger leadership and a stronger President in the face of this major threat to national security.”
