1. Republicans have already named my seat as a top target in their fight to hold on to the House majority – because they know the path to control of the House runs through West Michigan. 


2. 2024 Republican presidential candidate – and former Vice President – Mike Pence visited the district for an event with Betsy DeVos. This is a clear sign that Republicans are already focusing their attention on our state and district.
