John,
Today marks the 60th anniversary of the Equal Pay Act being signed into law, yet we still have a lot of work to do to close the gender pay gap.
Women are still paid 82 cents for every dollar a man makes. The gap gets even wider for women of color, with Black women earning just 67 cents and Latinas earning only 57 cents.
I’m calling on Congress to take immediate action to close the gender pay gap. Join me by adding your name to my petition now: [[link removed]]

We talk about building an economy that works for all of us. That starts by compensating women fairly for the work we do – but it doesn’t stop there.
It’s time to close the wage gap and build an economy that works for all of us. I’ll always stand up for fairness for all of us in Congress. But I need to know if you’re standing with me.
Sign on now to support equal pay and help me fight for change. [[link removed]]
