We sent a letter to the school, explaining that the teacher had violated the student's religious liberty, as his faith prohibits any idolatry, in accordance with the Second Commandment.

An employee of the state of Nevada wanted to express her Christian faith (like many co-workers express their beliefs) but was ordered to remove the "offensive" fish symbol from her email signature.

We notified her employer that their actions violated her First Amendment freedoms of speech and religious free exercise. Government employees can display their faith at work.

We await the state's response and will take additional legal action if necessary.
