She powerfully reminded her GOP colleagues that as defenders of freedom, they must ensure equal rights for all individuals, no matter their gender identity.

Restricts medical services related to gender transitions for minors, endangering the health and well-being of vulnerable trans youth.
Revokes the licenses of healthcare providers offering gender-affirming care.
Prevents Kentucky’s trans youth from legally changing their names, denying them the fundamental rights of self-expression and identity.

It is abundantly clear that this bill does nothing to safeguard children but puts them at even greater risk.
