Did you know that the votes of 80 percent of American voters don’t matter in determining who becomes President?
To fix this, 17 states (with 205 Electoral College votes) have joined the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, so that, in the future, every voter and every vote on the country will matter in choosing the President.
Under National Popular Vote, the Electoral College will award the Presidency to the national popular vote winner -- not the popular vote loser.
