“Behind me are Normandy’s boys of Pointe du Hoc, before me the men who stormed
the beachhead, and around us the names of over 4,400 heroes who died for our
liberty on June 6, 1944, in an invasion unparalleled in scale that changed the
course of human history.”

Governor Youngkin joined Charles Payne on Fox Business to talk about the
exciting work in Petersburg.
“This is such an exciting partnership. Petersburg is a city that was near the
bottom in crime statistics and health outcomes, and job opportunities. And we
went to work with the state government, the local city government, and the
private sector in order to transform the city. It’s comprehensive; it’s across
crime, health outcomes, education, job opportunities, transportation, and
bringing the community together. We’ve engaged churches and nonprofits, and
we’re saying crime come way down and jobs go way up.”
