✅ Secured record funding for salmon restoration and Puget Sound recovery with new grants to remove fish barriers, restore salmon habitats, and boost orca populations
✅ Led the introduction of the Blue Economy Innovation Act, legislation to combat the climate crisis through ocean-based energy.
