Hi,

This Saturday is the 60th anniversary of the Equal Pay Act, a landmark law prohibiting wage discrimination based on sex.

This legislation was a major step towards equality – but 60 years later, women still earn just 82 cents for every dollar paid to men. That’s why in the last Congress, Deborah cosponsored the Paycheck Fairness Act to close the loopholes and end pay secrecy.

Do you agree with Deborah that we need to pass additional legislation to ensure that employers can't exploit loopholes to pay women less?

YES
NO

Women across America, especially women of color, are making thousands of dollars less every year because of unfair gender discrimination.

Deborah is committed to fighting for gender equality and pay equity by holding employers accountable.

Do you think we need to pass immediate legislation like the Paycheck Fairness Act to protect women in the workforce against wage discrimination?

YES
NO

Thank you for sharing your thoughts,

Team Ross
