Victory Fund candidate Lynn Schulman celebrated Queens Pride on June 4th. Lynn, a long time LGBTQ+ activist, is running for reelection for New York City Council.

Protect Trans Kids!
Over the past year, 19 states have proposed or passed gender-affirming care bans – bans that will negatively affect trans youth. Bigots do not care that gender-affirming care is lifesaving. But our LGBTQ+ elected officials are doing everything in their power to make sure they get the message and ensure these bans do not pass! Every LGBTQ+ official we get elected is another vote, voice, and leader against such harmful bills.
U.S. Representatives Becca Balint hit the airwaves this week to drive this message home. Becca highlighted that bigots are targeting the LGBTQ+ community, especially trans folks, because “fear sells.”
