I am extremely proud to share the news that I have been endorsed by the largest unions representing Chicago police officers and firefighters. The Chicago Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7 and the Chicago Fire Fighters Union Local 2 represent more than 13,000 rank and file members as well as department retirees. I have also been endorsed by the Associated Fire Fighters of Illinois. I am extremely honored to receive this support.

The men and women who serve and protect make up the fabric of our communities and I never forget or take for granted their selfless dedication to public safety. In addition to the extreme challenges they face on the job each and every day, our law enforcement officers and first responders are facing unprecedented scrutiny.
