John,

The toxic air that masked NE Ohio and most of the US Eastern Coast this week is a direct result of climate change.

Air quality levels plunged over the week as wildfires in Canada rage on. Air pollution from wildfire smoke has become a significant health risk, and it's growing worse.

We're bound to see increased respiratory diseases among vulnerable groups like older people, pregnant people, and our children.

While Democrats in Congress have taken major steps forward by passing our largest investment to combat climate change ever, there's still more to do. The GOP is working to undermine the EPA as they cozy up to dark oil money, and we need your help to replace them.

To continue delivering solutions to our climate crisis, we need your help. Will you sign our petition demanding the GOP end its assault on environmental regulations and work to solve the crisis at hand?
