In the wake of Roe v. Wade, 12 states have near-total abortion bans on the books, and extremists in 7 more are doing everything they can to place major restrictions on abortion access.

Nearly 8 in 10 Americans wanted to see abortion remain protected, but now as post-Roe abortion bans continue to come down across the U.S., millions of these very same Americans are left without access to reproductive health care. 

And, some of the attacks we’re seeing on ballot measures in Ohio and other states this year have even been described as a way to keep voters from permanently protecting abortion access at the ballot box.
