John – Pride Month is officially underway, and we are more than excited to celebrate with our LGBTQIA+ communities in the face of one of the most hateful years in recent history.

We stand together in solidarity with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and continue to be committed allies in this fight for equal rights.

While we celebrate, team NPP will be attending countless Pride events across the Commonwealth to engage and mobilize our centered communities in the democratic process.

We cannot engage voters without your help, John. Can you pitch in $10 today to help us register voters at community events throughout June?

Just last month, our hard-fought PA House majority passed the Fairness Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. This was a historic step forward for PA’s LGBTQIA+ community, but our work is far from over.

The Republican-controlled State Senate has yet to even move the bill out of committee, where it will likely remain until we win that majority as well.

This November, it is up to us to elect municipal and local officials, along with a Supreme Court Justice, who will proudly represent our LGBTQIA+ community.

The progress we make on expanding the electorate this year will also give us a head start on next year’s many crucial elections. Will you donate $10 right now to help us continue expanding and engaging the electorate in defense of LGBTQIA+ rights?

In solidarity,

The New Pennsylvania Project was founded in May 2021 to expand Pennsylvania’s electorate, so it reflects the Commonwealth’s demographically changing population. In the next four years, NPP will engage and empower young residents and those living in underrepresented immigrant communities and communities of color. We register communities to vote, provide civic education about the issues that matter in their neighborhoods, and mobilize Pennsylvanians to vote in every election.
