Active Nottingham App and Online System Update

As many of you will be aware, the app and online system are currently unavailable whilst we transition over to our NEW Leisure Management System.

You will be pleased to hear they will return on 14 June from 12noon. In the meantime, we've put together some essential bits for you to remember and be ready for next week:


* *Will I need to re-download the Active Nottingham app?*
* You'll be pleased to hear that you will not need to re-download the app. Keep it installed on your devices and when we're ready to go on Wednesday 14 June we will issue an alert from the app to advise it's ready to be used again (so ensure you 'allow' notifications from the app so you don't miss out!).
* We've also taken your feedback on board about the design and layout and hope you find the app easier to use.?

* *How will I access the new booking system?*
* To use the app and online booking portal, you will need to?*register for online services* (details of how to do this will be shared soon) and as part of this process, you will need to reset your password too.

* *Will I need my membership number?*
* Yes, please ensure you have your?*membership ID?*number to hand as it will be needed to finalise your online registration. If you don't have this available, please check our FAQ page here [ [link removed] ] for details on how to locate it.

Gym and Health Suite booking process

*From 14 June*, the way in which we operate our gym and health suite bookings will need to change slightly.?

*Gym sessions*: you will be able to turn up within your one hour booking slot and stay for your one hour session.

*Health suite sessions*: to make things fair for everyone, you must turn up to your designated time slot for your health suite session and will only be able to stay for the duration of that session.?

For example, you book a health suite session at 2.15pm for 60 minutes, but you arrive at 2.30pm - you will need to leave the health suite by 3.15pm as your 60 minutes have expired.
