It’s Pride Month, and that should mean a time for celebrating love and diversity. But these days we can’t celebrate without acknowledging the efforts of some extremist Republicans who are trying to ban that love and diversity altogether.

From permitting religious exemptions to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people, to blocking gender affirming care, to banning drag shows – it seems like homophobic lawmakers won’t be satisfied until they rip every shred of uniqueness from our country.

That’s why we’re looking for 10,000 citizen co-sponsors to demand that Congress passes the Equality Act to protect every member of the LGBTQ+ community from anti-gay attacks and legislation. Will you add your name by midnight?

Listen, with extremists like Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott passing “Don’t Say Gay” laws or bills stripping minors from having gender-affirming care, the threat of discriminatory bills going national is real and imminent.
