Team, we’re about to kick off our final Organizing Accelerator weekend in Jackson, Mississippi!

This fellowship program is designed by organizers, for organizers.

Our team is working with the NAACP to train emerging activists so that they’ll have the experience and tools they need to make an impact in their local communities, especially in places where pro-democracy efforts are largely underfunded.

This is the best approach to building sustainable, long-term grassroots power across the Deep South, Appalachia, and the Plains.

This weekend, our fellows will be on the ground in Mississippi networking with some incredible local organizers and civil rights leaders, touring historic spots across the state, and continuing their deep training in areas like storytelling and more.

By investing in trusted messengers throughout our target regions, we’re building a network of organizers who can share resources and fuel the greater fights for civil rights and our free democracy.
