We know some of you are asking why you should make a donation to a candidate in a non-election year. Here are 3 reasons why:
1. We rely entirely on you. Our campaign takes 0 corporate donations. There’s no super PAC coming to protect us from the attacks constantly coming our way.
2. We are organizing year round. Today, we gave out 2,000 masks to protect our constituents from the Canadian wildfire smoke. During the pandemic, we ran a food distribution program for over a year. In 2021, our Census outreach saved a congressional seat. Our free-tutoring program served over 1,000 students.
3. Disinformation and hate speech never takes a break. Last week, Elon Musk personally spread disinformation about Alexandria to millions of people. Fox News mentioned Alexandria 76 times a day when she first got elected. We are constantly fighting back against disinformation and hate speech from every direction.
