Dear Friend,
Last week, a conservative judge in Texas listened to oral arguments on DACA and its legality. Now that those hearings are over, the judge can issue a ruling at any moment.
We must be ready to act—not just for the hundreds of thousands of DACA recipients, but for the millions of Dreamers in this country.
Without permanent protections, up to several hundred thousand LGBTQ Dreamers will be at risk of persecution or torture if deported to their countries of birth.
It’s up to us to call on President Biden and Congress to pass legislation that creates a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers once and for all.
Take Pride in Action today by calling on President Biden and Congress to protect all Dreamers—and keep LGBTQ immigrants safe from deportation to extreme danger.

Dreamers have spent most of their lives in the U.S., starting families, careers, and planning their futures. Tearing them away from their homes and communities will devastate the country and put LGBTQ Dreamers in harm’s way.
This Pride month, let us fight to protect every LGBTQ Dreamer from deportation and allow them to celebrate their identities in the safety of our country.
Thank you,
Immigration Equality
