John:

Last week, a poll was released showing me as the clear favorite in the 2024
U.S. Senate race in West Virginia. Head-to-head, I beat Democrat Joe Manchin –
no questions asked.

However, the same poll found my Republican primary opponent and Sen. Joe
Manchin TIED in a 1:1 matchup. You read that right. Should I become the
nominee, Republicans win. If my Republican primary opponent becomes the nominee,
Democrats have a better than 50% shot at keeping this Senate seat.

First, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee sued my office, seeking
access to my records.

Biden’s Department of Justice is now SUING my family-owned businesses to
tarnish my standing in West Virginia.

None of this is a coincidence.

I need YOUR help to fight back.

If Democrats in D.C. are allowed to get away with this stunt, the chances of
Republicans flipping this critical Senate seatevaporate.

The poll released this week proves that. Democrats know that I am the only
Republican who can beat Joe Manchin, so they’re going to extreme lengths to
ruin my good name and prop up my opponent at the same time.

Less than 24 hours after the poll's release showing that I’m the only
Republican in West Virginia who can beat Joe Manchin, I’m being sued by the
crooked Biden Justice Department.

WILD STUFF.

“Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, and the Democrats have seen the polls that show Jim
Justice winning this race, and they're panicking. So now the Biden Justice
Department has decided to play politics. We will see a lot more of this as the
Democrats work to help Alex Mooney because they know they can easily beat him."
- Roman Stauffer, Campaign Manager, Jim Justice for U.S. Senate”
This lawsuit is politically motivated and intended to promote my primary
opponent at the expense of my reputation because Democrats think they can beat
him in a 1:1 matchup.

Will you make a gift of $5, $10, or even $50 right now

Republicans around the country see this attack for what it is: a
weaponization of the DOJ to target the President's political opponents.

Donald Trump Jr. was one of the first to comment on the pending lawsuit,
writing, “Did anyone really think that Biden’s weaponization of the DOJ to
target his political opponents was going to stop with Trump?”

And Ted Cruz followed suit soon thereafter, writing, “Utterly brazen. When I
said the Biden DOJ is the most political and partisan DOJ in history, I wasn’t
kidding …”

We can’t let Biden, Chuck Schumer, and Senate Democrats get away with this.

I need your help. Will you answer the call?

Gov. Jim Justice
