John,
Unlike most professional politicians, I didn’t have a privileged leg up or a
family member who could make some introductions to get to where I am today.
So let me introduce myself – my name is Beth Van Duyne:
<[link removed]>
I am a working, single mother of two amazing kids, a proud American patriot,
an unapologetic conservative, a reformer who has defeated government
corruption, and aU.S. Congresswoman with unwavering Texas grit.

In 2020, political pundits and polls declared Texas’ 24th Congressional
District one of the MOST LIKELY seats in the ENTIRE NATION to FLIP BLUE.
I’m the candidate who beat the odds, defeating the Democrats and proving the
pundits wrong. With your help, we held onto this GOP battleground district.

And after a 24-year drought,I became the second Republican woman from Texas to
be elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in our history.Together, we
kept Texas RED.
In full transparency – I’m emailing to recruit conservatives like yourself to
join my team before the 2024 Election.

But just like everything I have achieved in life, I am willing to work for
your support. So, for now, I simply want you to get to know me:
I am no stranger to beating the odds, John.
I left home at the age of 17 with nothing but an unwavering determination and
a fierce belief in the American Dream. For years, I worked numerous jobs just
to pay my rent. Eventually,I put myself through college, defying the odds and
graduating Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University.
<[link removed]>
It was a struggle, John. I was getting paid a little over $3 an hour and
working paycheck to paycheck – living paycheck to paycheck. I paid for my own
way through college with the help of student loans, and then I struggled for 10
years afterward to pay the loans back.
But through it all, I knew nothing would stop me from achieving the America
Dream.
At my core, I knew my heart belonged in Texas. After graduating, I moved back
to Irving, which has been my home for over 30 years. I was intent on becoming
an integral part of the place that shaped me.And that I did… In 2011, I became
the FIRST female EVER elected to serve as the Mayor of Irving, Texas.

Under my leadership, the City of Irving witnessed unprecedented economic
growth and development. On my watch, we added 40,000 jobs and an estimated $3
billion in growth and new developments. During my time as mayor, Irving was
named the fifth safest city in America.
In 2017, I was appointed to serve our nation in a presidential administration,
working under Secretary Ben Carson. I am proud to have worked on many of the
Trump Administration’s greatest economic successes, such as opportunity zones
and leading Housing and Urban Development’s disaster recovery efforts for
southeast Texas in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

Today, the 17-year old girl that left home in pursuit of the American Dream is
fighting for ALL Americans from the floor of the United States House of
Representatives.

I’ve been asked what prompted me to run for public office; the answer is
simple –my children. We live in a very fragile time for our nation, our
families, and the future of the American Dream.
<[link removed]>
Socialism is on the rise, our border crisis has never been worse, and we face
constant threats from hostile nations willing to use cyber-attacks, nuclear
weapons, and terrorism to achieve their goals. When I think about my two
children, I want them to have the same opportunities in life that I did; I want
them to grow up safe and proud of our country.
Now that you know more about me, I will leave you with this: As long as I am
in Congress, I vow to fiercely champion the future of America, safeguarding our
values and principles for generations to come.I promise to fight for the
American Dream.

I’m Beth Van Duyne, and I’m asking for your support. Will you join my team

GET TO KNOW BETH:
Beth is a single, working mother of two amazing kids. Every day, she reminds
them that we live in the greatest state, in the greatest nation, in the history
of the world.
Where else but the United States could a girl leave home at the age of 17, put
herself through college, become the first female Mayor of her hometown, and
then be asked to serve America in a presidential administration?
Beth Van Duyne is running for Congress because she knows the people of the
24th District deserve to have a strong, principled voice in Congress.
She’s been asked what prompted her to run for public office; the answer is
simple – her children. We live in a very fragile time for our nation, our
families, and the future of the American Dream. Socialism is on the rise, our
border crisis has never been worse, and we face constant threats from hostile
nations willing to use cyber-attacks, nuclear weapons, and terrorist jihad.
When Beth thinks about her two children, she wants them to have the same
opportunities in life that she did; She wants them to be able to grow up safe
and proud of our country.
Beth is a single mom, a conservative Republican, a reformer who has defeated
government corruption, a believer in the rule of law who has helped remove
thousands of criminal aliens from North Texas, a leader who helped deliver
growth and new job opportunities, and a Constitutionalist who has never backed
down when it comes to protecting the rights of all North Texans.
