The Juliana Youth Are Back on Track to Trial!
Last week, U.S. District Court Judge Ann Aiken granted the Juliana youths=
=E2=80=99 motion to amend their case. This means the Juliana 21 are finally=
heading to trial, seeking a judicial declaration that the U.S. fossil fuel=
energy system is unconstitutional and violates their fundamental right to =
a safe climate!
But first they need your help!

There is still a chance Attorney General Merrick Garland and the U.S. Depar=
tment of Justice (DOJ) will try to once again delay or impede trial in this=
case, including potentially filing yet another Petition for Writ of Mandam=

The Juliana Youth Are Back on Track to Trial!
Last week, U.S. District Court Judge Ann Aiken granted the Juliana youths’ motion to amend their case. This means the Juliana 21 are finally heading to trial, seeking a judicial declaration that the U.S. fossil fuel energy system is unconstitutional and violates their fundamental right to a safe climate!
But first they need your help!
There is still a chance Attorney General Merrick Garland and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) will try to once again delay or impede trial in this case, including potentially filing yet another Petition for Writ of Mandamus - an obscure legal tool championed by the Trump Administration - to subvert the judicial process and keep these young Americans from having their evidence heard in open court.
