The NDRC’s movement helped secure what the New York Times called “the fairest House map of the last 40 years.” We also helped elect Democracy Defenders in key states across the country, and we helped defeat dangerous election deniers.
But just like President Obama said, we’re not slowing down – instead, our plan is to double down on our democracy-saving work in priority states across the country where we’ll fight to:
✅ PROTECT our fair maps victories.
✅ PREVENT GOP efforts to gerrymander maps and weaken our democracy.
✅ PROPEL toward a fair redistricting process, both now and in the future.
