john,

Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, over 20 states have moved to ban or restrict abortion. Now, state legislatures across the country are trying to go further to restrict access to abortion.

Idaho recently passed a bill banning minors from traveling across state lines to get abortion care. And some states are even considering targeting doctors who practice in states where abortion remains legal.

Kim knows doctors should not face criminal penalties, loss of licensure, or loss of insurance coverage for providing abortion care. That’s why Kim and Senator Patty Murray introduced the Let Doctors Provide Reproductive Health Care Act.

Kim’s legislation would protect doctors in states like Washington from legal action if they provide abortion care for people from states where abortion is illegal.

If you agree that anti-abortion policies shouldn't reach states where abortions are legal, add your name now to show your support for Kim's Bill → [link removed]

Thanks,
