John,
I have big news to share and I want you to be the first to know.
Tomorrow we’re taking Rogan O’Handley’s case all the way to the Supreme Court by filing a certiorari petition seeking the Court’s review of the State of California and Twitter’s viewpoint discriminatory COLLUSION to censor conservative speech.
We need to raise $10,000 this week to cover our costs to defend the freedom of speech at the Supreme Court. Which is why I’m asking you to make an urgent gift of $25 or more right away.
As recently as last week we saw Twitter attempt to censor Daily Wire’s “What is a Woman” documentary because it communicates ideas that the radical left disagrees with.
And we all witnessed Twitter’s blatant censorship during and following the 2020 elections.
You likely recall that the State of California pressured Twitter to censor our client, Rogan O’Handley, after Rogan called for an audit of the 2020 election results.
Not only did Twitter censor Rogan per the government’s request, it kicked him off the platform completely.
That kind of cooperation between Big Tech and a government entity to silence an opposing political viewpoint is radical and extremely dangerous.
That’s why we sued Twitter and the California Secretary of State’s Office for their unconstitutional collusion in violated of the First Amendment.
So please, help us raise $10,000 this week to help cover our costs to defend the First Amendment with a tax-deductible donation of just $25 or more today.
You may think that we’re fighting a losing battle…
…and I get that because I am frustrated by what is happening in our country too.
But you know that we’ve already beaten California at the United States Supreme Court THREE times in the past two years.
And we’re ready to do it again with your help!
There truly isn’t a more important free speech battle taking place right now.
Which is why I’m rallying patriots like you to join the fight with us.
Will you step into the fray and help us win this crucial lawsuit with a gift of $25 or more right now?
As you may know, these battles are never short or easy…
…but, with your help, I know we can win and protect the freedoms we hold so dear.
Thank you in advance for your support.
