Congressional Hearing | The Cascading Impacts of ESG Compliance: Mandy Gunasekara, director of IWF’s Center for Energy and Conservation, testified before the House Committee on Oversight and Reform yesterday, in a joint subcommittee hearing on the impacts of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. ESG has been developed to advance a radical progressive agenda and goals that have failed to gain traction in Congress and state legislatures and are increasingly being shut down in the courts.
