There is a concerted effort to subvert the will of the voters and get Trump re-elected. But where it’s coming from might surprise you.

A few groups are organizing to promote an “independent” candidate for president, and the biggest one is “No Labels.” But a funny thing is happening here: If you look at their funding, a ton of it comes from right-wing sources — including Harlan Crow, who is Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ billionaire benefactor. And an “independent” candidate? It doesn’t mean what you might think it means.

All a third-party candidate will do is split the ticket between people who are voting against Trump — against authoritarian rule and abuse of power — and clear a path for him to retake the White House. That’s it.

We can’t let that happen. VoteVets is pushing back because we know the stakes. Four years of Trump was more than enough, and we are doing everything we can to prevent him from coming back.
