I have a quick message for you today.
You know by now who my Mamaw is. She raised me to be the man I am today, and I wouldn’t be anywhere near the United States Senate without her tough love and guidance.
One thing I want you to know about Mamaw?
She didn’t exactly beat around the bush.
You’d know EXACTLY how she felt about the good, the bad, and the ugly.
I’m carrying on that tradition, and friend, I promise I’ll NEVER beat around the bush with you. There are too many folks who get to Washington and decide they’re better than their constituents and that they’re happy to sit back, relax, and collect a paycheck on the taxpayer dime.
That’s not me, and you know why you can trust me?
Because Mamaw would NEVER stand for anything less.
I’d never lie to her, and I’ll never lie to you; that is a promise.
