Dear John,

There is no time to waste.

Next week, Tuesday, February 18th is the very important Spring Non-Partisan Primary Election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. (Early in-person voting is now underway across the state. Call your municipal clerk for the specific hours in your community.)

Our Wisconsin Family Action PAC has endorsed Justice Daniel Kelly – but more on that in a minute.

This February 18th election is the critical first step to prevent Wisconsin’s highest court from “flipping” in the near future and becoming akin to a liberal advocacy group which could work from the bench, as others have, to eradicate religious liberty, remove protections for the unborn, and to put children and families at risk.

We must act now.

To assist us in this state-wide effort a very generous mission partner couple has blessed us with a “challenge grant” of $150,000 which has been given to help us establish the base of our budget in this critical election year.

We were given this funding with one stipulation, a challenge, if you will – that we invite our other mission partners like you to participate in meeting this challenge as soon as possible, to raise an additional $150,000 toward election activities and election education efforts.

Your investment in WFA allows us to get important election information to voters all across Wisconsin, people who need this important information but who you would never have the chance to meet personally.

Would you stand with us, and with your investment today, help us provide
important election information to people all across our great state?

I mentioned earlier that our Wisconsin Family Action PAC has endorsed Justice Daniel Kelly.

In a recent press release, I said, “Justice Daniel Kelly has everything we look for in a judge, especially for our state’s highest court.”

“Justice Kelly well understands that the rule of law is not just a nice-sounding phrase but is a pillar of our form of government. Part of the rule of law is respecting the unique role of each branch of our government. He also has the judicial temperament, the legal background, and the character that make him the best qualified candidate for this position on our state’s Supreme Court.”

Justice Kelly faces two challengers, one making it clear that she will advocate for “social justice issues” and the other making his Hispanic heritage and “diversity” the centerpiece of his campaign.  Both of these candidates have been backed by known liberal groups and individuals.

Your vote in this election—and your urging like-minded friends and family members to join you—is critical. Just as your vote is critical, so is your financial investment as we take this “go-vote” and “go-vote-Dan-Kelly” message statewide.  Many thanks for making a difference as you join us in showing up, standing up and speaking up!

For our families and the next generation,

Julaine K. Appling
President, Wisconsin Family Action

P.S.  I hope you will join me in voting for Justice Daniel Kelly on February 18th.  Also, if you are able to, please invest in this important election activity and election education effort which is needed to prevent Wisconsin’s highest court from “flipping” in the near future and becoming akin to a liberal advocacy group.  Your investment today helps to protect our religious liberty, the unborn, children and families today and for the next generation. Thank you!
