America has a GOP governor problem.

When we elect a governor to represent our entire state, we expect them to work on our behalf and to respect the will of the people. However, in Florida, Texas, and Virginia, their governors are way more interested in carrying out their own anti-democratic agendas.

Governors DeSantis, Abbott, and Youngkin are taking a hatchet to their state’s voting rights—and are showing no signs of stopping anytime soon.

They’ve been busy, from passing legislation that creates new barriers for organizations to help register voters to taking over elections in Democratic counties and disenfranchising anyone with a felony conviction.

These aren’t isolated incidents,  These are warnings of what MAGA Republicans have in store for the country should they get their way.
