The opioid epidemic has ripped through our country, rattling the lives of so many. As Minnesota’s Attorney General, it’s my job to make sure people are getting the help they need.

Nothing is more important than our health, so I stepped in and joined a lawsuit against pharmaceutical company Indivior for delaying the release of a cheaper, generic version of opioid addiction treatment. 

After filing this lawsuit, I am happy to announce we have reached a settlement with Indivior in the best interest of Minnesotans. 

When I was re-elected in November, I promised that I would always stand up to powerful special interests who put their own profits over lives. This outcome is another example of how I’m keeping that promise. Your support truly powers the work I do that makes victories like this possible.
