Hey, John, I’ve been going nonstop since last Friday and I’ve finally got a few minutes to sit down and write to you.
Last Friday, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet with local business owners in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Small businesses are the backbones of our communities. Y’all make Iowa and the nation proud!
After that, I held a town hall down the street and it was STANDING ROOM ONLY! People in Iowa are EXCITED to restore Faith in America!
Then on Saturday morning, I joined fellow Senators Joni Erst and Chuck Grassley for Joni’s annual Roast and Ride in Des Moines! It was awesome to see some familiar faces and meet many new ones. Oh, and hey Chuck! Nice socks!
I love trips like this one, John, because it reminds me what a special place America is. But it also reminds me of how much the radical Left have tried to RUIN our country. Prices are high, families are struggling, and people are losing faith.
However losing does not mean lost; in fact, people are STARVING for something positive.
