The Biden Administration’s Federal Housing Finance
Agency is changing the rules to punish responsible, hardworking
Americans who have built good credit scores.

Yes, you read that
right! Under the new Loan Level Pricing Adjustment, homeowners with bad
credit will get discounted mortgages, while homeowners with good credit
will be charged an additional $40 a month.

Disincentivizing good
credit behavior and penalizing responsible Americans during an inflation
crisis is wrong.

That’s why I’m leading the charge with 17 other
Republican governors to fight back and stand up for Americans.

Last
week, we sent President Biden a letter that opposes these actions and
calls for him to rescind this new rule that will only threaten America’s
housing system.

As governor, I’ll keep up the fight against Biden’s
radical agenda and ensure hardworking Georgians aren’t penalized for
being responsible.
