Here’s the latest in the mifepristone case, John:

The most recent hearing could not have gone worse. The three-judge panel listening to the arguments spewed anti-abortion propaganda, including the lie that mifepristone makes folks more likely to need emergency care, and that the FDA only approved mifepristone under “expedited review” — neither of which claims are true. 

These three judges are all Republican appointees, and are all known to be hostile to abortion. That’s why we’re preparing for the worst, and an eventual appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
