Join Families in Transition again this year as we participate in the state's largest 24-hour fundraising event - NH Gives. This day of giving was established to raise awareness and critical funds for non-profits statewide. Today at 5 PM, we'll kick off the annual fundraising event!
 When you choose to donate to Families in Transition, you are choosing to help members of our community every day. This year's goal is to raise $15,000 for daily and essential needs within our programs. Your donation will help us provide those in need with meals, childcare resources, groceries, shelter, housing, and more.
Give and Get
Anyone that donates over $25 during the 24-hour event will be entered into the Families in Transition raffle! One lucky winner will receive a $100 gift card to Outfitter Thrift Store.
NH Gives also offers perks and incentives for donations!
- First Donor Prize: $250 will be donated to the organization that receives the first donation today after 5 PM
- 603 Prize: $250 will be donated to the organization that receives the first donation at 6:03 AM tomorrow, June 7th
- Donor Perk: Donate more than $50 during the event to be eligible to sign up for a discount code for $15 off a food and beverage purchase at T-BONES, Cactus Jack's, and CJs
Starting today at 5 PM, visit our NH Gives page to donate to Families in Transition so families and individuals in our community continue to receive the support they need. All giving will end on June 7 at 5 PM, so make sure to get your gift in on time!
