Last week, Brazil's lower chamber of Congress dealt a major blow to Indigenous rights and the environment by approving legislation which will drastically limit the formal titling and recognition of Indigenous lands. As soon as this week, Brazil's Supreme Court could rule on the issue.

Right now, while recent progress toward Indigenous land rights is facing backlash in Brazil, we're sharing a direct request from our Indigenous allies on the ground to the international community, asking all of us to express our support for their struggle. Join us and Brazil's Indigenous movement in encouraging the Brazilian Supreme Court to hold strong and continue to defend Indigenous rights and Brazil's constitution.

YES, I'LL SIGN TO PROTECT INDIGENOUS TERRITORIES FROM THE LEGALIZATION OF LAND THEFT!

These legislative attacks pose serious danger not only to Indigenous peoples and their territories, but to the preservation of the Amazon, which safeguards the health of our global climate.

Sign the petition! Indigenous communities have won too many victories over the last few months to go back now!
