Every June, we have a chance to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community here at home and across the country. Colorado is better because of the diversity in it.
As we celebrate, let’s also recommit to the fight for equality.
In the last couple of years, we’ve seen an onslaught of legislation going after LGBTQ+ rights. These attacks — based in bigotry and fear — are unacceptable.
Michael has been working hard to pass the Equality Act, which would prevent discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
