Dear John,
Every year, Fortune Magazine hosts the Most Powerful Women: Next Gen Conference . The summit brings together rising leaders in business, along with select leaders in government, philanthropy, education, sports and the arts.
Last month, MAP President and CEO Layla Zaidane was highlighted by Fortune as a featured panelist at the conference to discuss "A Path Forward: Collaboration for Change."
"You can have these conversations when you focus on the whole person first and establish that trust... The more you can expose somebody to something that is different from what they know, the more you help them grow." - Layla Zaidane at Fortune's Most Powerful Women: Next Gen

One of the most important things we can do is equip our young leaders with the tools needed to reach across lines of difference. Only then will we effectively create a culture that pushes past political polarization and values each person's experiences, perspectives, and policy ideas.
