Invest in Our Children's Trust
Our Children’s Trust blazed the trail for constitutional climate litigation. We were the first law firm to link children’s human rights to climate rights, inspiring rights-based climate litigation around the globe. Our unrelenting efforts have turned the tides of the judiciary, secured critical legal precedent, and advanced claims on behalf of our young clients that have changed the tides of climate justice in courts around the world.
Today, we are still the only nonprofit law firm in the world to exclusively represent youth in constitutional human rights climate litigation, all at no cost to youth or their families. We do so using only the best science in the world. We don’t seek money damages; we seek to change the government systems that cause the climate crisis.
