We are a community full of trailblazers, glass-ceiling shatterers, and fierce fighters. We are the nation's premier organization that recruits and trains Democratic women to run for office. We are the only political organization that focuses on effective state and national programming that gives women the tools they need to run and win. We are so thrilled to have you with us. 

With the help of supporters like you, we’re inspiring our communities to action, fighting back against far-right extremism, and making real people the top priority in politics all over the country. 

And through it all, we’re elevating the voices of Black, Brown, and Indigenous women and women of color, as well as LGBTQ+, young, and unmarried women. These are the voices of a growing force in American politics that make up the New American Majority – and we must focus on them to ensure a strong future for the Democratic Party and a just future for all.
