From the first moment Abigail began serving VA-07 in Congress, she’s centered accountability in all she does. She believes representatives ought to look out for their constituents, not their own interests.

It may seem obvious, but it’ll take a lot of reforms in Congress to meet that standard.

Abigail is stepping up to address that issue. Recently, she introduced a bill to suspend Congress’ pay if the debt limit is reached or the government shuts down. She believes if representatives aren’t doing their job, they shouldn’t be paid.

On top of that bold proposal, she’s leading the charge to ban Members of Congress, their spouses, and their dependent children from trading stocks.

Representatives should be focused on their districts, not their investment portfolios. Her bills would strengthen public trust in government, and we need to ensure she stays in office to see them across the finish line. To do that, will you support our campaign with a contribution?
